1. Services

We provide vehicle retrofit, styling, diagnostic, and related services. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in GBP (£). We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Bookings & Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule a booking with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows are non-refundable.

4. Warranty

Products and services provided by ABURETROFITZ may include a warranty, as specified on the product or service page. Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by misuse, improper installation by third parties, or normal wear and tear.

5. Liability

We take care to ensure all work is carried out to a high standard. However, we accept no liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Our liability is limited to the value of the service or product purchased.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including branding, text, images, and designs, remains the property of ABURETROFITZ and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
